Bought a used vehicle here that needs $2500+ worth of repairs within the first month. They had been made aware there were issues the day after purchase. Advised me I bought the car as-is and declined their $4,000 extended service contract, so the best they could do is provide $800 towards the issues that obviously existed prior to sale. Yes I got scammed by them and feel like an idiot, and who has $1700+ laying around to fix a car you just bought, put money down on, and haven’t even made the first payment yet. If my experience can deter anyone else falling for this stealerships ways, hopefully they lose more money than it would have been to just do right by a customer. Typical dealership, once they get your money nobody responds or answers to you, have no idea how they’ve been in business since 1931. Sometimes the cost of doing business is losing money on a deal and doing right, there’s a line of suckers walking in the door right behind me to line your pockets. To whomever does respond to this tells me to contact them to make it right, trust me I’ve talked to the GM, assistant GM or sale manager and that’s the solution they provided. Also, per my GPS the only test drive they did was to Chik-Fil-A for lunch, nice. More

Be careful, don't go for services to your car Hyundai. All ratings and their services don't match. There is no communication between the services advisor and the mechanic who performs services. This dealership made me drive the car with the possibility of getting fire in the engine from west palm beach to Fort Lauderdale. Now they are lenient in refunding the services fee they charged on my credit card. More
