Part was ordered on a Monday for delivery to the dealership the next day. I didn't schedule service until Thursday. I arrived for the appointment and was told (about 30 minutes later) that the part dealership the next day. I didn't schedule service until Thursday. I arrived for the appointment and was told (about 30 minutes later) that the part had not arrived yet. I should have been informed of this so I could have rescheduled the service and not wasted 2 3/4 hrs waiting at the dealership for something that should've taken 20 minutes or less. More

My engine light went on in my Kia Seltos and I needed service as soon as possible. I called my local Kia but was told I had to wait about 6 weeks for the next available appointment. That’s when I called service as soon as possible. I called my local Kia but was told I had to wait about 6 weeks for the next available appointment. That’s when I called Napoli Kia and to my surprise, was told they could service my car as quickly as the next day. When I showed up, I was met with a smile and can do attitude.
