Service was standard. However, I was a little blown away that an oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours! I witness an interaction that was very off putting and is making me consider another location and I’ve been coming here since I purchased the car in 2017. A customer came in for an oil change and was told how long it would take, didn’t like it and treated the service associate poorly. He went to complain, to what I can only assume was the manager, and this manager person told the service associate to service the man’s car asap. Meanwhile, it’s 30 minutes past my appointment and my car was still in the queue. What’s the point of appointments if people can come in to get special treatment? More
There was poor follow up/phone calls with the dealership service department ...I left messages for a call back from Louis and he didn't call...he was pleasant when I did speak with him... The motor in my 2024 Rouge with 7,800 miles (less than year old)blew and had to be replaced...I spoke with dealership service dept when car was brought in..then only spoke to corporate till car was fixed. I thought that I would have heard from my salesman or someone from the dealership to at least say "sorry" this happened...or help me navigate the process of the situation....my family has been getting cars from Napoli Nissan for over 40 years and never had a problem....this was my 1st time using them and the worst thing that could happen did and got no calls like it was no big deal ..and to be honest, it was same attitude from gals at corporate..I know I am just a lease customer so maybe this is the protocol on customer service for us since we are technically only a 3 year customer. More
After calling another not so nice dealership, I called Milford Nissan. I had the pleasure of speaking to Bridgette who not only addressed my issues/concerns but she did so with kindness and knowledge. Fur Milford Nissan.
