I have had my car for 6 years and I always allowed Nissan to service my car for everything. I loved Junior who worked in service because he always assured me that he would take care of any issues and he did. to service my car for everything. I paid for a brand new battery and Nissan service department installed a used faulty battery. My car started to cut off and I had to get jumps numerous times so, I let my mechanic look at it because he had to jump it for me one morning. He showed me that the battery was old and leaking battery fluid with white crusty build up on it. I immediately called Junior and he had me bring the car in. He admitted that the battery was old/used and I cried because it was sad that you pay for something and car dealerships pocket money by giving you way less than what you paid for. Junior gave me a new battery and I haven't had problems since. Luis was the one who I purchased the battery under. During my last experience Luis was very disrespectful and nasty. I have NEVER been treated that way there. He even told me I don't have a right to question him about doing his job because I asked was this and that done to my car. I waited for 2 hours for a ride to get my car because Luis procrastinated to call my ride. It was MESS! I have NEVER experienced before. I went completely off on him and told him I was writing corporate because I am. I will NEVER bring my car back as long as Luis is working there. He laughed when I said I was reporting him. He's disgusting in customer service skills. He should not be working in that area at all! More
