The service consultant was very polite, but lacked follow up. I had to call several times. We went in for AC but when we arrived we said something just happened with transmission. They offered a transmissi up. I had to call several times. We went in for AC but when we arrived we said something just happened with transmission. They offered a transmission diagnostic, which was several hundred dollars, which we couldn’t afford. They did say no codes came up on the transmission which if you’re not a car person makes you think OK everything‘s fine. If they had excellent service & considered the customer and age of car, they would’ve suggested their technician take it for a ride to fully test the transmission, prior to a more extensive costly diagnosis and prior to putting in the $1600 AC. When we picked it up, the car was clearly not right, but we trusted the dealer. My son drove it or attempted to drive it on the highway and immediately had to get off the transmission was shot. They did offer a discount on a transmission but we really wanted them to take the compressor back and give us some kind of refund. Sadly we had to sell it for only $450! Really upset and disappointed. They could’ve absolutely done more & we would have bought a used car from them. Instead off to CarMax. I would not recommend the dealer at least not for seevice More
I make appointment for oil change I wait for one hour. I pay $104 on my way home.
