When we called to discuss the matter to fix any problems you stated that you take your vehicle to jiffy Lube because they can do it in 15 minutes. Unfortunately a 15 minute oil change does not inspect the vehicle properly to make sure you have a correct running vehicle with no problems. We inspect your vehicle for any kind of wear and tear for your knowledge to make sure the vehicle is safe for you to drive with you and your family.
