This is a really busy dealership and sometimes that works against them and us, as customers, and that's where I feel the negative reviews come from. But for me on this day, service was excellent. Until you drive away and realize your tires were never rotated, and you question the inspection. How do I know? When I left my car the tire pressure on all 4 tires was low and different on each tire. SAME when I picked it up . Who rotates tires and doesn't check pressure?? And wouldn't that be part of the Multi point inspection? #fail. More

Terrible communication and service Took my car in for a recall. They changed the oil, as part of the recall, but not the filter? Also, one of my brake lights was out. No one told me or Took my car in for a recall. They changed the oil, as part of the recall, but not the filter? Also, one of my brake lights was out. No one told me or offered to replace it. It was noted in the paperwork, which I saw later. They had my car for five days. Now I need to make another appointment for the brake light and filter. This kind of thing happens all the time here. Since buying my car in 2013. I’m looking for a new place for maintenance. More
