I receieved a buy it now offer when I checked the value of my leased subaru. I was interested but need to replace the car. Instead of helping me the salesman respoinded to my rqeuests with "we don;t have a of my leased subaru. I was interested but need to replace the car. Instead of helping me the salesman respoinded to my rqeuests with "we don;t have any crosstrek's in stock". I even sent him a build I wanted from the Subaru website. On the other hand, Mark Miller Subaru listened to me, ordered exactly what I wanted. My new car will be here in October. Choose a dealer that listens and is reponsive to your needs. Nate Wade is NOT that dealer! More

service dept. mislead me regarding repair of my older subaru. I was told that parts no longer existed for my car. That was a lie. I had my car repaired elsewhere mislead me regarding repair of my older subaru. I was told that parts no longer existed for my car. That was a lie. I had my car repaired elsewhere with no problem. Either their service staff is not great or perhaps they figured i'd run out to the show room and buy a new car. Not sure, but VERY unhappy and will never go back under any circumstances. More

I came into the dealership with financing from my credit union already approved and I made that clear to both my salesman and the finance person but they insisted I needed to also apply for in house financi union already approved and I made that clear to both my salesman and the finance person but they insisted I needed to also apply for in house financing to make sure they weren’t selling a car to a terrorist or something. I was told this would have no impact to my credit rating but I now see the hit on my credit from Credit U because of the inquiry. Needless to say, this prolonged my time tenfold and ultimately, as I had planned, I used my credit unions financing. More

I recently visited Larry H Miller to transfer my CRV lease to purchase and they treated me so terribly and tried to scam me constantly until I finally had a lawyer contact them.
