My parents purchased two new Subarus last year and we had really enjoyed driving the Crosstrek, so we had been thinking about buying one for some time. When our VW Passat transmission blew at just over 100k miles (how does this happen on a very well cared-for car with that low of mileage?!?), costing more to replace than the car was worth, we decided it was time to get a Crosstrek of our own. We had a really positive experience at the dealer and everyone from our salesman (Nick Smith) to the financier (Fred Southwick) was very low pressure and easy to deal with. We got a good price on the car, a terrific interest rate (1.49%), and we're really happy to have gone here.
