I was met with friendly knowledge but no pressure to buy. The other thing that struck me about Nick was his patience in answering the myriad questions I had. Excellent communication style. The other person I interacted with was Steve Yates who helped me with financing. I thought this would be an intimidating experience, but Steve proved to be incredibly helpful and friendly. He clearly explained our steps we needed to take and made it a positive experience. Hopefully I'll never have to buy a new car again but if I do I'll be going back to Nate Wade! More
