They just want to help you find the car and services you want. Mike did just that. I wanted a blue Crosstrek, so he found the closest one and reserved it for me. And I'm really happy with the decision of buying 2016 Subaru Outback 3.6R When Craig was out on vacation and there was delay in vehicle delivery Nick handled the my expectations very sensitively and gave priority to my requirements. He also arranged an alternate vehicle in same class as soon as it was available with NateWade to accommodate my requirement. Eventually I preferred to wait for the vehicle that I ordered. Nick ensured that I get status regularly on my Outback and saw it till the delivery time. He went an extra mile and put a nice ribbon and bow on the windshield on the day of delivery.
