I had one dealer tell me what they would give me for my trade in writing and called back and said it would be lower. I had another dealer tell me what ever the best offer I could find was he would beat it but would never give me anything in writing. I sent Gentry what I wanted and he responded within minutes. He beat others on price and made sure I got a few accessories for a discount from the parts department. I liked the way I was treated. I like the dealership being clean and well kept, I like the follow up from every one at the dealership. I purchase a new car every year to two years and will for sure be back to give Gentry another shot at my business. Very happy with the low pressure atmosphere of the dealership, impressed with the desire to make the customer feel welcome, comfortable and understood. I would highly recommend Gentry if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. I can honestly say if you don't at least give him a few minutes time to try and help you will most likely miss out on an outstanding car buying experience. More

They are serious about being fair with clients I purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester from Nate Wade Subaru the end of July 2015. Because they didn't have a car in their inventory with the exact featu I purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester from Nate Wade Subaru the end of July 2015. Because they didn't have a car in their inventory with the exact features AND color we wanted, our sales rep looked at every dealer's inventory in the state and found exactly what we wanted - and he arranged to have it for us on the desired date. After driving our new car for a few days, we found that we misunderstood an important feature we needed. When I talked to the sales manager about this, I was surprised when he offered to let us bring back the Forester (at significant cost to the dealership) and replace it with a different new car. They truly work hard to make customers happy. We seriously considered his offer, but decided to keep the Forester anyway. The next week we took the Forester on a trip to the northwest, and on that trip we found that the Forester actually had a compensating capability that was superior to the feature we thought we needed. The compensating capability is how the CVT (transmission works in combination with the cruise control. It is a brilliant improvement over the old ways of doing things. We couldn't be happier with this new car. It is a SWEET vehicle. More
