Fantastic experience buying my first new car! My experience at Nate Wade Subaru was the best I have had in Utah. They were patient yet responsive while I painstakingly tried to determine exactly what car I was interested in and were willing to work with other dealers when the color I wanted was not on their lot. In the end, I purchased a car from Nate Wade's lot (the color I wanted was not to be found anywhere in the Salt Lake area) and drove out in a car with no more than 6 miles on the odometer! Dustin and Nick made my first car-buying experience as painless as possible and were quite accommodating to my personal needs. I got a great price on my 2015 Outback and felt that Dustin and Nick guided me to making the right decision without putting on any pressure. I would highly recommend working with Dustin and Nick- and Nate Wade- to anyone looking to buy a Subaru in Salt Lake! More

Two Nick's - One Great Experience I started my buying experience online, requesting some information on a vehicle I was interested in. Nick Smith responded to my request quickly, and I started my buying experience online, requesting some information on a vehicle I was interested in. By the time I made my way to the dealership, Nick had a number of additional options lined up for me in the same price range, ready to test drive. Nick walked me through the different models and to estimate monthly payments as they related to my credit and down payment, which turned out to be completely accurate. At no point did I feel that Nick was pressuring me to buy or pushing options that I wasn't looking for, he was quite helpful and excited to help me realize the best fit for my needs. I have been recommending Nick to friends since I drove off the lot. Similarly, working with Nick Poulos on the financial end of my purchase was also a great experience. Nick took the time to walk me around the dealership and show me where I could go for service, parts, etc. Nick made me feel right at home, and was extremely knowledgeable about the financial process, helping me to get the best rate possible. He also had me laughing and feeling like a part of the Subaru family by the time I had left. Other employees in passing were quick to say hello, and I got the sense that everybody enjoyed working at this particular dealership.
