We live about an hour away from Nate Wade Subaru, so initially we went to the dealership closer to our home. They had very few used vehicles that fit our criteria. Nate Wade had a lot more selection that fit our criteria. They were very friendly and let us test drive and we knew it was the vehicle for us. They got us set up and on the road. After getting home we realized the vehicle was missing a head rest. We called John and he got it taken care of and in the mail right away. I test drove one there, got an estimate on my car but decided to wait because I didnt feel like the deal I was being offered was the best I could get. I went back to Nate Wade a week later and there were more to choose from and I test drove two different Impreza Hatchbacks. The trade-in value for my car ended up being over 1000 more than what Mark Miller offered me and I was given an awesome deal on the car I chose. The service was super friendly and I walked out with the car I wanted and loved. Very impressed. More

I had my eye on a specific vehicle and was able to talk price and negotiate through email. I had to ride the UTA trax train to the dealership and was picked up by Gentry Mikesell from the trax station in the vehicle I was going to test drive. I was very impressed. Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted to buy, Brock gave me a great deal with an out-the-door price. They didn't try to sell me on a monthly payment amount like some other dealerships. I was given the exact price I would pay for the vehicle including tax, title, licensing and fees. The loan and financing processes were quick and hassle free. During this time I was given my choice of snacks and beverages to pass the time. At the end of my purchasing experience I felt like I had known both Gentry and Brock for years.
