I experienced quite a bit of trouble with the salesmean and finance managers at Nate Wade Subaru. It was only after the owner of Nate Wade stepped in that things were taken care of. My experience at Nate Wade Subaru was a great first dealing with a dealership. The first salesman I met with was friendly, helpful, and was very understanding. However, I rated customer service and f dealing with a dealership. The first salesman I met with was friendly, helpful, and was very understanding. However, I rated customer service and friendliness at a 4 because two out of the four people I had to deal with were harsh and less helpful. I did not feel comfortable addressing my situation with them at all. In the end, I did work with people who were very friendly and supportive of what I wanted out of my car and out of the service they could offer me. My experience with the helpful sales/finance personnel outweighed any negative aspects of my car buying experience. I would recommend Nate Wade Subaru to my friends and family. More
