My experience at Nate Wade Subaru was a great first dealing with a dealership. The first salesman I met with was friendly, helpful, and was very understanding. However, I rated customer service and friendliness at a 4 because two out of the four people I had to deal with were harsh and less helpful. I did not feel comfortable addressing my situation with them at all. In the end, I did work with people who were very friendly and supportive of what I wanted out of my car and out of the service they could offer me. My experience with the helpful sales/finance personnel outweighed any negative aspects of my car buying experience. I would recommend Nate Wade Subaru to my friends and family. More

AFter sending an email to 3 dealerships to find exactly the car I was looking for, Nick was the first to actually find exactly what I wanted - it was in a different state, but he had it shipped. This would have made me nervous to do this on my own and was glad Nick took the time to find exactly the vehicle I was loking for and help. Nick was also the most reasonably priced - which I really appreciate. He didn't try to upsell me - just got me what I wanted and stayed within requested budget.
