Jeremiah took over for Ken, and let us drive the Ascent, and while we were gone test driving, h.e contacted dealerships from Las Vegas to Idaho to find the car we were looking for. They shipped it, saying it would be in by Friday, but got it in the next day. Woohoo. Paul Burt took time to explain all the warranty and maintenance to us. Very helpful.
