Ken greeted me and my girlfriend in a friendly manner and took us to look at the vehicle I was interested in during the first 5 minutes we arrived. Ken made sure we were comfortable while we waited for a credit approval, he offered us beverages and kept checking up on us letting us know how much longer we had left on our process. Ken was willing to go the extra mile and assist me in driving the vehicle due to the fact that I haven’t driven a manual transmission in a while.
