We came in late one night on a whim after having had a bad experience at another dealer. Ken encouraged us to take a test drive for as long as we wanted. Up Parley's Canyon we went! Upon returning he reviewed extensively all the features of the car and the differences between the different trim levels. Not once did I hear, how is your credit, how much are you putting down, are you trading in your old car! Rather he let us look and try out the different models, and educated us as to the features of the car. Not once did we realize the dealership had actually closed quite some time before. Even then we weren't pushed into a late night sale, but rather encouraged to go home and research it for ourselves and verify this was the vehicle we wanted. When we came back the next day, again we test drove it. Again we spent time checking everything out. We decided to purchase it and when all was said and done the dealership was once again closed, yet never did we hear hurry up we have to close. When it came to financing we felt no pressure, Nick provided the options in a light and jovial way that kept my wife laughing all the way through the process. When it came to price I was concerned. We were buying the new 2019 Ascent, knowing there are hardly any to be found due to the newness, I expected I was going to get taken if I wanted one. This was not the case, they made the negotiations simple and easy. I walked away feeling like I got a good deal on a great car. Overall this team did everything they could to make sure we had not just a good experience, but an AMAZING experience! They were totally awesome in everyway, and fair and honest in everything they did. That is a breath of fresh air! More
