Both of those instances had been smooth and stress free transactions. I had worked with Eric Lithgow on the 2015 Outback and all had gone extremely well so I decided to see what he could do for me this time. Eric once again helped make the process smooth and easy. Ended up getting a great deal on a used 2013 Legacy that should be safe and reliable for my girls. Not once during the three hour period i was there, did i feel pressured or uncomfortable. They made us feel at home and did everything in their power to make sure i was getting what i wanted. Nick ended up staying 2.5 hours after he was supposed to be off, just to make sure we got taken care of. I can honestly say that I have zero desire to ever go to another dealership from here out.
