Additionally the woman that processes license plates goes above and beyond. My first plate was lost in the mail. After appropriate waiting time I called her I don’t remember her name. But she personally went down to the DMV in Salt Lake City Utah got new plates for me and had them Overnight sent to my house 37 miles away that I would not have to make a special trip to the dealership to get them. Every time I go in for an oil change they listen they see what I have to say they explain and answer my questions about my vehicle. We eventually placed a deposit on an incoming model that was due to arrive in late March. We received a call in early march saying the car had already arrived, and Rich made arrangements with us to pick it up. When we arrived, the car was prepped and ready to go, and the purchase process was fairly easy. Our experience with Subaru, Nate Wade, and Rich was very satisfying, and we will likely purchase another vehicle from this dealership and Rich in the future. More
