He answered all of my questions, and set up my meeting with Steve Yates, which went a little long, but I'm sure he was just doing his job. My only disappointment was not receiving a manual for my car. I was given, as a last resort, a manual for 2013, which doesn't have all the features my Impreza Premium has. Hopefully, they will find one for my model and year ASAP. More
