Recently we had the pleasure to work with Ken Howe and Nick Poulos at Nate Wade Subaru. My husband and I had experienced a difficult year after moving from AZ to Utah. When it came time to purchase a vehicle, Steve was thankfully guided to Ken Howe. From that first phone call, Ken Howe was on our team. Ken is such a fine example of the good people who work in the car business. You instantly know he is a caring man you can trust to do his best for you. My husband and I had a couple of real challenges to overcome before we could drive away in a vehicle. Ken Howe looked at each challenge and figured out ways to overcome them. That's how we met Ken's colleague, Nick Poulos. Nick, we found out is another " can do" associate at Nick Wade Subaru. He is in the finance end of Nate Wade Subaru, and yet another person who will go out of his way to help you. He also has a great sense of humor to bring to the table. Nick worked hard to find some holiday magic for us. Like Ken, Nick was met with challenges to assist my husband and I, but he knows his business well. And he figured out ways for our luck to change, Some tears of appreciation fell that day in Nick's office. And several rounds of hugs were given. Why? Because Ken Howe and Nick Poulos care about the people who come to them for help. My husband and I left Nick Wade Subaru knowing we had been guided to the best Subaru Dealership in Salt Lake Valley, and the best people who care abundantly to do their very best for anyone who walks through the doors! I can't sing their praises enough. As I write this review, a beautiful Subaru Explorer awaits us for our next adventure! Believe me, you can't do better than a Subaru. These guys are outstanding! Tok the Subaru Forester in because the check tire pressure light was on. They rotated the tires, changed the oil, and found a nail in the tire.
