Outstanding dealership, due primarily to it's great staff. I initially sent an email inquiry on a 2013 Outback and Nick Westover responded, even though he was going on vacation. When I got to the dealership, Lane Wagner offered to help because Nick was not in yet. He took me on a test drive and explained the vehicle features to me with absolutely no pressure of buying. When I told him I wanted to purchase the vehicle, he filled out all the paperwork and even made the call to my insurance company. I never felt pressured by anyone and Nick Poulos was fantastic with the financing options. I have dealt with several dealerships in my life and this the first time I left and felt like I was treated fairly and got a great deal. More

Nick offered a fair internet price which matched Edmunds.com True Market Value. The Legacy was delivered exactly as promised. There was no sales pressure throughout the entire process. We were even pleasantly surprised when Steve Yates told us that Subaru had just begun 0% financing for the Legacy. Overall, we had a great, stress-free buying experience.
