Gentry was very courteous and very friendly. We used the Costco buying program and were extremely satisfied with the service at Nate Wade. We were purchasing the car from out of state and Nick and Steve made it very easy to do so. Being picked up from the hotel on the day we picked up the car, a full tank of gas, and an excellent review of the features of the car were all wonderful touches to top off a great experience. More

Nick Smith was great and fun to work with, but did not pressure us to buy something we did not want. When we found out 10 weeks into the process that we were not able to get the car I ordered, pearl blue pressure us to buy something we did not want. When we found out 10 weeks into the process that we were not able to get the car I ordered, pearl blue empreza hatch back, he said he would understand if we decided to go to another dealership. We ended up writing a letter of frustration to Subaru corporation because of the way our order was handled and we did look at other cars, but kept coming back to Subaru and to Nick. He allowed us to check out other cars on the lot and was very upfront about cost and information about each car we wanted to try. Rob Berman went to bat for us with the Corporation and was able to assist us with some financing. We ended up with the pearl blue Outback and I love it!!! It was not the car we initially ordered, but it will be a great car for a very long time. When we talked with Nick Smith yesterday, I felt that he was as happy for me as I was.
