Several weeks ago, we stopped by on a whim to check out an Outback. A sales person named Manny greeted us and worked with us that day. Manny was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He hooked us up with a loaded Outback and let us take it for a spin without him. I really appreciated that, because I don't like the added pressure having a sales person in the car with you brings. I find that it makes it hard for me to evaluate the car. When we returned, Manny didn't push for a close, which I also appreciated. He clearly picked up on my cues. Fast forward a couple weeks, when I got a little more serious. I used your website to inquire about the "ePrice" for a loaded Outback. Nick Smith responded and I continued to work with him on subsequent communications. I asked Nick to see if he could put together a no money out of pocket lease for me, because we had some recent unexpected expenses. Nick and I exchanged several emails. His responsiveness was a factor in my decision to do business with Nate Wade. Additionally, his tone in his email wasjust right for me. One of the things I appreciated was how he helped me with information while not forcing a close. Finally, I made a decision to get the Outback. Nick and I connected on the phone and I had one last request: hook me up with a Finance person who won't do the hard sell on me for the usual things (protectant, interior treatment, extended coverage, etc). He came through again by hooking me up with Steve Yates. We came to pick up the car and enjoyed meeting Nick in person. After going over the details about the carand a few pieces of paperwork, we went to meet with Steve for the financing. Steve was also a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly and efficient and didn't attempt any hard closing techniques. Thanks for having such wonderful employees! I just purchased my third Subaru from Nate Wade Subaru and have finally gotten around to writing a review. For years the Sales & Service staff at Nate Wade have treated me like family and it's time I stop and have finally gotten around to writing a review. For years the Sales & Service staff at Nate Wade have treated me like family and it's time I stop keeping them a secret. Each time my lease expires, I make one call to my sales rep and the entire process is as flawless and fun. I would reccomend Nate Wade Subaru to anyone looking for a positive, stress free car buying experience. Thanks to everyone at Nate Wade for years of service. The car is awesome, that is no surprise, it's a Subaru. Brock took care of everything, he was a pleasure to work with. When my wife and I came to the dealership to pick up the car, Gentry was helpful, professional and explained all the bells and whistles that my new Forester had on it, he was great. Now the sole reason for my "Bad" rating was when Paul in finance wasted over an hour of our time trying to sell us a maintenence plan we did not want. He tried to use a a fear based, "worst case" scenario type of hard sell. Warning us of impending head gasket failures and telling us again and again that 91% of Subaru owners buy the maintenence plan and that is would be unwise for us not to buy it as well. Well, my wife and I march to the beat of a different drummer and could care less about what other Subaru drivers do. The wasted time in that office totally soured the new car buyers "high" and I was frustrated the whole drive home from the dealership. This is our second vehicle purchased from Nate Wade so we know that this isolated incident does not speak for the otherwise First Class service we have had in the past and look forward to recieving in the future. I came in and leased a 2012 Legacy recently. This has been the best experience at a car dealership I can remember. Nick Smith was great to work with. He explained everything in great detail allowing me to feel comfortable signing the papers and not worry if there were hidden fees. He was very upfront with everything. First off, let me start saying that we've never had a problem at Nate Wade Subaru. We own 2 Subarus (yes, we're a Subaru family) and we take both cars in to get serviced there, even though another Subar problem at Nate Wade Subaru. We own 2 Subarus (yes, we're a Subaru family) and we take both cars in to get serviced there, even though another Subaru dealership is closer to our home/work. The reason we chose to do business with Nate Wade was due to an excellent experience we had a couple years ago when we purchased a used Subaru there from a salesperson named Lamar. Anyway, this review is about their service department and not the sales department. Long story short: I brought one of our Subarus in for scheduled maintenance and whatever else needed to get done, since having small children at home it gets complicated to find time and someone available to watch them while I take the car in to get serviced, so I like to get EVERYTHING that needs to be done, done all at once. So I dropped the car off early in the morning and picked it up late afternoon so they would have enough time to work on it. Unfortunately, it seemed that there wasn't enough time to get everything done to the car, so one thing didn't get done: the recall. For that reason, I wrote them a note letting them know what happened and soon enough I got an email from Rich Beeler, the Service Mgr, asking me if he could come to my house/work to pick my car up so the recall could get taken care of. How awesome is that? That offer blew me away. So I scheduled a day and time that was convenient for me and Rich came over to my house and took the car back to Nate Wade Subaru, got the recall done, and Bill brought my car back and also addressed a couple concerns I had with the car at the time Rich had come pick it up. Now, that's what REAL customer service is all about! At first I was upset the recall hadn't got done in the first place, and I was even ready to go to their competitor to get it done and get both Subarus served there from then on but thanks to Rich and for his caring for me as a customer, I am now 100% loyal to Nate Wade Subaru. I will continue to service both Subarus over there and will definitely recommend Nate Wade Subaru to all my family and friends! You guys have won a loyal customer for life! More

I have leased several Subaru's from Nate Wade Subaru since 1980. I have always had a positive experience with everyone there. Brock and Brett have been wonderful to work with over the years. As a single woman, Nate Wade Subaru employees have always treated me with the greatest respect.
