I worked with Mike in sales, and with Fred in finance. Both of them were so great! I'm sure I was an extremely easy customer for Mike to work with - I walked in there knowing exactly what I wanted, and he Both of them were so great! I'm sure I was an extremely easy customer for Mike to work with - I walked in there knowing exactly what I wanted, and he helped me find it really quickly. He was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even though I knew exactly what I wanted, nobody tried to upsell me and get more than what I was there for, which I appreciated. The test drive went well, I liked the car, decided to buy it. Mike was busy with multiple customers but I still felt like I could ask him questions and he would take his time with me if needed. The paperwork was pretty straightforward, and everything took about the amount of time I expected, even with a busy dealership. I was in and out in about 3 hours, which includes the test drive and financing and everything. Once I got to the part where I was signing papers with Finance, Fred was such a great person to work with! He was very kind and did a great job explaining everything in a way that anybody could understand. Luckily I work in finance and compliance, so I had a pretty good idea of what was going on - but I'm confident that any person working with Fred would understand the paperwork just as well due to his simple yet thorough explanations. Overall I loved my experience with this dealership and I have literally zero complaints. It was a pretty standard dealership experience, everyone was so nice. I can't speak to the experience for those who are not sure of what they are looking for when they walk in, but if you know what you're after it will be very very smooth for you. Thanks Mike and Fred!
