Mike went above and beyond to take care of my special needs by driving the 2021 CrossTrek Limited to my home for a test drive and again to deliver it once a clear mask and a hitch were installed. I was looking to purchase a vehicle at Nate Wade and decided to not go forward due to the incredibly poor service provided by Nick Westover. First and foremost, it felt like I was wasting his time and a decided to not go forward due to the incredibly poor service provided by Nick Westover. First and foremost, it felt like I was wasting his time and annoying him during the process. I wanted to so badly ask the secretary to work with another sales person, but I didn't want to hurt anyones feelings, so I proceeded to work with Nick. We went for a couple test drives and it was just uncomfortable. He sat there texting and taking care of other important business rather than discussing vehicle options, etc. I just had a weird feeling in my gut that this wasn't the best selection. I initially found a car at Nate Wade that was within my budget, however it had a buyback title which made me nervous to proceed with and I wasn't sure my credit union would approve. I ended up finding another certified preowned idential vehicle at Larry H Miller and received WAY BETTER service and an amazing car. Nick called me to follow up and I informed him about this decision to which he LAUGHED, hung up on me, and then sent me a sarcastic text. I was blown away by the poor professionalism and will not recommend this place to any of my friends or family members. More
