I really appreciate the painless car buying experience I had with Nate Wade Subaru. The salesperson I worked with (Garrett Kelsch) was excellent about answering my many questions, offering good feedback, tr had with Nate Wade Subaru. The salesperson I worked with (Garrett Kelsch) was excellent about answering my many questions, offering good feedback, transparency, and not coming off as predatory or overly pushy (which I have definitely experienced before as a young woman shopping alone for a car). I also appreciate the communication and follow-up I received during the week while I waited to see if the used car I was interested in buying could be certified, so that I would qualify for a better finance rate. The finance person I completed my paperwork with, nicknamed “Limbo”, was also very nice, thorough, and I appreciate that I did not feel that he was trying to upsell me, when I was deciding between warranty options. All in all, I would rate my car buying experience with Nate Wade as excellent and I look forward to returning in the future. More
