Outstanding experience! I had an incredible experience trading in my vehicle for a new Subaru Forester today with Ken Howe! Right when I walked in, Ken made me feel welcome. I had an incredible experience trading in my vehicle for a new Subaru Forester today with Ken Howe! Right when I walked in, Ken made me feel welcome. He was extremely informative and friendly and made the entire experience downright fun! I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable and Ken worked with me to get a great deal. If you ever need to buy a vehicle, Ken is the man to go to! When it was time to work out the finances, Nick Poulos helped me out. I had a great time talking with Nick who is knowledgable, honest, and a hilarious guy to talk to. Who knew you could have fun while financing your vehicle! I only met with Kirk Gordon briefly, but I also had a great experience with him. He taught me everything I needed to know about my vehicle and more! I was originally nervous about coming in to trade in my vehicle during the pandemic but I was delighted that all employees were wearing masks, cleaning surfaces, offering hand sanitizer, and taking everyone's health seriously. This made me feel especially safe and comfortable. Overall, all of the employees I worked with were extremely knowledgable, approachable, personable, funny, and kind; I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience! More
