Louis and Fred we're wonderful at helping me through my first car buying process. I didn't feel pressured or confused and my questions were answered. I worked with Robb Patterson who was recommended by two different friends and he was fantastic in all aspects of the process! I had my heart set on one model, but after test-driving the car, I decided on another. He was happy to help me with my new choice and didn't put any pressure on me to purchase one car over the other. I had numerous questions throughout the process and he quickly responded answering them all. He was very patient in explaining all the features of the car and did a very thorough job. On the day of purchase, I also worked with Fred who did a great job explaining all the paperwork as he walked me through the final documents.
