I was honestly dreading the process of searching for and purchasing a used car. We went knowing what we wanted - 2016-2017 Outback, around 50k miles, not red. We were very fortunate to be introduced to Ken Howe on busy Saturday. With Ken we looked at the Nate Wade website to find 4 or 5 Outbacks that fit our criteria and viewed them on the lot. Ken was a wealth of knowledge, personable, patient and willing to spend the afternoon with us. We found Nate Wade to be extremely fair on pricing and the trade-in offered for our Volvo. We selected a 2017 Outback on Saturday and returned to the dealership on Tuesday to finalize the deal and leave with the car. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience, Ken. More
