They continually fail to keep customers informed on why it takes over two hours for simple service. It is truly an unprofessional experience. I have free oil changes for the life of my vehicle but I would rather go elsewhere because of the wait time. I love my vehicle but the service is terrible. Darrell is the only one who I have experienced that will come out and give you a straight answer. More
