It is not uncommon to be ignored when you first enter, be met with poor customer service, to have your vehicle dirtied, or items in your vehicle messed with during servicing. Fortunately, Darrell's willingness to rectify issues and pick up for others' slack, is the only reason I continue to frequent this dealership. Service members great, process of work, not great. I took my car to the service department while I went for a work conference. My plan was to get everything fixed that needed to be fixed while I was aw I took my car to the service department while I went for a work conference. My plan was to get everything fixed that needed to be fixed while I was away for the week. I dropped my car off and filled out the after hours drop as much in detail as I could. I received a call (which was great) to confirm what I needed done. I received a call later confirming that they completed my alignment (which was greatly needed) and was asked if I needed anything else done. I replied that I wrote and expressed other concerns on the phone when I was contacted. I was asked did I need the car back that day and I told him I would be gone the whole week. I received a call the next day and was told that the alignment should have taken care of everything. I asked, "is my steering wheel still shaking when the car stops when slowing down from over 50 mph?" I explained that my car needed to be driven to see if it was corrected. He replied after he drove the car that it probably needed brakes. I expressed earlier that I wanted everything fixed, that I didn't want to come back in town just to put my car in the shop again. Long story short, after a day of driving the car, same issues are still apparent. Now I will have to waste a day of vacation to correct the same deficiencies. Very disappointed with the service process!!! More
