Professional and they listened We went to the dealer Thursday evening, to look at a used Impreza, as we were in need of a second vehicle. We had been discussing the Impreza with Ran We went to the dealer Thursday evening, to look at a used Impreza, as we were in need of a second vehicle. We had been discussing the Impreza with Randy Brewer via text and email. While there we saw a used Outback we also wanted to look into. Carson never showed us anything but a positive outlook, telling us to take all the time we needed and he would gladly get the keys to other cars if we also anted to see them. That night the numbers were just too far away to even consider hanging around in an attempt to make a deal. The next day Randy called to see if we had liked the Impreza and I told him everything that had transpired. Randy gave nothing away on the call so we considered it over and we would continue our search for a second vehicle. Later that afternoon, we received call from Carson with what he called "good news", which I doubted at first, but was very pleasantly surprised when I heard what the new was. Carson and Randy had gone to bat for us, and the offer we made the night before was accepted. We were unable to return Friday, I told them we accepted the deal, asking if picking it up Saturday morning, would work for them. Carson agreed without hesitation. We showed up at the dealer Saturday morning at 9:00am and completed the paperwork for the purchase of our Outback. Bill handled all of the finance portion with professionalism and courtesy, which I fully expected after working with Randy and Carson. More
