Not Happy! The only reason I come to this service center is the service I get from Mr. Darrell Graham. My last visit, Mr. Graham had to leave. I love my Dodge I always take my car there for my oil changes and so forth every time I go in they're always fast and efficient and they always explain I've been deal I always take my car there for my oil changes and so forth every time I go in they're always fast and efficient and they always explain I've been dealing with the dealership since 2006 and wouldn't trade it for nothing in the world this is my 4th car with them and I'm thinking about getting a 5th and a 6th!!! Awesome Experience I visited today to get a second key made for my car. Service Dept Disappointment First time visit ever, today. Online appointment made 4 days ahead of time. Jeep needs recall service. I arrive to learn that "nobody looks at appoint First time visit ever, today. Online appointment made 4 days ahead of time. Jeep needs recall service. I arrive to learn that "nobody looks at appointments". That means parts weren't ordered in preparation for the appointment (1-2 days delivery I was told). Total waste of 2 hrs (30 minutes travel each way to dealer). Further, I'm told Chrysler tells the public the parts for this recall are available, but then tells the dealership they don't have parts. So, which is it? Reference recall S61/NHTSA 16V-668. I'm happy to review again once we get these issues resolved - preparation, timeliness, and communications. More

Purpose was to get the vehicle road ready for some long upcoming trips, safety inspection, AC, wipers, tires. The inspection discovered transmission fluid needed changed. Darrell was able to make all this happen in one Saturday morning. Darrell was very professional, listen to my situation and was able to make recommendations to make sure the vehicle was safe. More
