We bought a 2016 Buick enclave at the end of October. Within a week, the battery was dead and it had a stutter when you accelerated. When I asked about the 90 day warranty, our sales person said it only covered the power train. They told me to take it to a glass do you were ship! We feel we were ripped off and not treated honestly when buying this vehicle. We will never buy vehicle from Neil Hoffman again. More

Friends in Seattle raved about theirs and a close friend in New Albany loves hers. We had a Subaru Tribeca for 10 years and I loved that car. I test drove an Ascent on August 1st and was in my own on August 7th. Deontae made the purchasing process easy. No pressure was applied. He answered our questions, made us feel special and when the time comes again to purchase a vehicle I will be looking him up. JTC More

He was most helpful as I was thinking about whether this was the time to trade. Jay and Deontae helped with the details and we now have a new 2020 Outback. I do wish Subaru had relied on my input when implementing so many "improvements" in the Outback since 2013. Thanks to Alicia at Subaru headquarters for issuing me a coupon that helped me remedy one mistake Subaru has implemented. More
Best car buying experience EVER! I bought a Subaru Forester about a months ago from Neil Huffman Subaru, and Deontae Bailey was AMAZING! I am a senior citizen who has always bought n I bought a Subaru Forester about a months ago from Neil Huffman Subaru, and Deontae Bailey was AMAZING! I am a senior citizen who has always bought new cars and I was dreading the runaround you get at dealerships, but nothing like that happened. It was actually a pleasant experience, easily the best car buying experience I've ever had! Deontae was thorough but there was no game playing, I was at the dealership (including test driving my car) for about 2 hours - I've ALWAYS had to spend at least 4 hours previously with other dealerships. Deontae was friendly and professional and thorough - it was truly a pleasure buying a car from him. The first price he presented to me was fair and I took it. I would DEFINITELY recommend him for a great car buying experience - I chose him based on his outstanding reviews and they were absolutely right in their recommendations of him - not to mention he took the time to contact me early on in my car buying process which started about 6 months ago.
