I appreciate the way nelson Auto Center took care of our Ford Explorer. We were under a time crunch as this vehicle now bleongs to my step-son who lives in Lawrence, KS, WE got the vehicle back in time th Ford Explorer. Great people! Can't complain there. They missed fixing the issue I came in for and the website says the quick lane opens at 7 a.m. but they don't actually start Can't complain there.
