Not your typical dealership! I haven't bought a car at a dealership in quite a few years, but the last time I went it was a pretty torturous ordeal. I felt pressured and salespeople constantly hovered around me. This time I found a car I wanted online, went through a pre-qualification process and set up an appointment for the next day to test drive it. I arrived about an hour and a half early but that was no problem. Manuel had already brought the car around and set me up with Lauren, the product specialist that would be helping me out. Lauren took great care in explaining the car's features and the benefits the dealership offered me. She walked me through the paperwork and we went for a test drive. Lauren immediately treated me like an old friend and made casual conversation, easing my mind and allowing me to relax and just enjoy the drive. They had a great circuit already laid out that offered a mix of city and highway driving with some really scenic views. I was very pleased with the car and agreed to buy it. Lauren, Manuel and Cody all went out of their way to explain every detail of the paperwork, all the benefits of the coverage they offered and while one was helping me, the other went and filled up the tank and had the car detailed and cleaned so I could pull out of the lot prepared for my trip back to Huntsville. All in all it was a very enjoyable experience and I left feeling very confident in my purchase. I never felt pressured at all and felt quite welcome by these generous people. I will definitely remember my experience in the future and will use Nelson Mazda for my next purchase as well. I highly recommend them! More

I was in the market for a used car, and they allowed me to take the car to another mechanic for evaluation. The sales process was comprehensive including other representatives from Nelson Mazda. Ty though was the face of Nelson with us, and we benefited from his professional manner, as well as his integrity and follow through. We are now awaiting the car being completed, with the repairs agreed on.
