Just to give you some background of my experience. I was originally purchasing a car from Perkins Motor Plex - Madison, Tennessee -2417 GALLATIN PIKE MADISON, TN 37115. The salesman Grant and staff at Perkins lied to me repeatedly. It was by far the worse service I have ever experienced with buying a car. The customer service and staff was awful at Perkins Motor Plex. The service was a complete disaster and nightmare. I was already skeptical walking through the door at Nelson Mazda in Cool Springs. Ty, the team, and staff at Nelson Mazda is one of the best representations of quality 5 star customer services. My experience was amazing from start to finish. I wasn’t haggled, no pressure, quality cars in top notch condition. They truly stand behind their brand which is above and beyond what is expected. I was definitely wowed by the entire staff.
