Our experience at the dealership was absolutely horrible, ending in us leaving the dealership but actually wanting to purchase the vehicle. We had asked for a small allowance on a couple of defects but were told no negotiation was possible. After leaving, our calls and emails to management were ignored. Last night (2 weeks later) I found the same vehicle advertised at the same dealer for the price I had originally asked for it to be discounted to. I immediately contacted the sales manager, Ashley, and told her I had driven the car and would like to purchase it. I told her I would make whatever deposit she required and would pick the car up Friday (3 days). I also informed her I would be paying cash. I called the next morning, provided my drivers license etc, and was told they would provide me with the final price and deposit information. After a couple of hours and not hearing anything, I called back and was assured by the salesman, DJ, he was just waiting on the paperwork and he would definitely get back to me by the end of the day. The end of the day came and DJ called to tell me someone else had put a deposit on the car and if it didn’t go through I could have the vehicle. xxx. Absolutely NO ethics or integrity. AVOID THIS DEALER LIKE THE PLAGUE. More

Kylie was so incredibly helpful with the purchase of my first vehicle. She asked for budget and kept me exactly where I needed to be. When she took us out for a test drive, she was so informative of the ve first vehicle. She asked for budget and kept me exactly where I needed to be.
