It was becoming my preferred dealer but I see all this many wonderful 5 starts reviews of Nelson Mazda Cool Springs, and I would give 5 stars myself based only on my Feb/2017 experience leas I see all this many wonderful 5 starts reviews of Nelson Mazda Cool Springs, and I would give 5 stars myself based only on my Feb/2017 experience leasing my Mazda 6. Honesty, transparency, good prices, no hassle, great team. That is why i returned to this dealer this April for a 2013 Sentra I bought for my daughter. I tested the car, only 76K miles on it, not very old, indisputable Carfax report. Patrick Robertson gave me a good discount, I was very happy again, but I declined the extended warranty thing. Well, a little after 3 months after the purchase, the CVT transmission start to fail. On the 4th month purchase anniversary, I went to Nelson Mazda to check whether anything could be done as inevitably the CVT needed full replacement. To be fair, Patrick never promised any specific help, but he did promise he would look into it any possibilities and get back to me. The car was serviced in another Shop in Brentwood, I sent Patrick and Customer Service folks at least 3 emails just asking if any help would happen, but no response so far. No calls, no replies. For the second experience, I would rate Nelson Mazda one star. So, I am leaving 3starts in this review because they were great first time. I'd avoid any used car from them though. More

Good pricing, service, and salespeople I had a great experience at mazda of cool springs. I brought my car, traded it in with ease, and got a used vehicle at great pricing. The only complai I had a great experience at mazda of cool springs. I brought my car, traded it in with ease, and got a used vehicle at great pricing. The only complaint I had was no haggling, but in the long run, it can really work out to your advantage if you study prices beforehand and are confident in their no haggle price. Even computers can make mistakes! More
