There were some unique aspects of this sale, beyond the very special nature of the car, and at every point Ty Johnson, Landis, and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make our experience the most positive possible, as well as offering a great deal and great service. This was completely unlike any car buying experience we have had--there was none of the usual sales dance; nothing but these people trying to make sure that the car was the best fit for our needs, and that the deal was done in the way that worked best for us. She gave us several comparisons of the Mazda cx-5 and other vehicles we were interested in from other makers to look at from different sites (so a lot of research time put in). She helped us narrow down which trim we wanted and colors once we decided to go with the mazda. She was just very easy to work with overall. Buying this vehicle was a very pleasant experience, and I'm sincerely glad that I chose this vehicle, this dealership, and the sales associates. I believe the salesmanager was Patrick Robertson, and he also did NOT put any pressure on us to make a hasty decision.
