Quienten was perfect to work with, not pushy at all, but super knowledgeable about the Mazda products and we would absolutely ask for him when we use Reynolds Mazda again! Franco worked hard to get us the best rate and was very informative about GAP and extended warranties. He had everything ready for us and we got in, signed, and got done in a matter of a half hour! Quick & Satisfying I had been looking for a specific CX-9 model (2015), and found a newly listed car @ Reynolds. Went to look at it, liked it, took a test drive, and ent I had been looking for a specific CX-9 model (2015), and found a newly listed car @ Reynolds. Went to look at it, liked it, took a test drive, and entered into price discussion with my sales consultant Ryan Locklear. Mr James Tippet assisted Ryan to the final price agreed to by all. I found this experience to be quick & easy. This model is Mazda's finest & I was willing to pay a little more at Reynolds rather than travel a long distance to "maybe" save a little. All aspects of this sale were performed in a quick professional manner by the Reynolds staff. I even visited the service department after concluding the sale to visit with them about the Mazda Certified Warranty aspect of this car. They were most helpful in explaining the details to me. All is all a great 2 hours! That's right start to finish, test drive to meeting the service folks.. Very happy (as is my wife whose car this is). More

They Made Car Shopping Enjoyable I put off much needed car shopping for 2 months because I was dreading the process of dealing with car salesmen, the haggling, the financing process, I put off much needed car shopping for 2 months because I was dreading the process of dealing with car salesmen, the haggling, the financing process, etc. In fact, the first place I looked lived up to every reason I was dreading the process. Then, I found a vehicle I was interested in a Reynold's Mazda. From the moment Martin called me back regarding my internet inquiry until the moment I drove it off the lot, it was a great experience! Martin wasn't just selling me a car to meet his quota. He encouraged me to test it out and make sure I was comfortable with it. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the brand. When I asked about taking it to my mechanic to have him sign off, Martin encouraged me to do that as well. When I came to pick up the car, he showed me how to operate all the technology inside my vehicle and helped me pair my phone with the Bluetooth. When it came to sitting in the financing office, Joe was great too! He did pressure me to buy anything extra that I didn't need/want. Honestly, other dealerships need to take note.
