I asked about possible trade in for electric or hybrid car, didn’t get much info. We are looking at turning it in and going with Tesla. Too many problems with my vehicle. More

Misled It was explained to me that all the work being done on my vehicle was part of an A1 service and a recall. After googling “A1” when I got home, I found It was explained to me that all the work being done on my vehicle was part of an A1 service and a recall. After googling “A1” when I got home, I found that many additional services were added beyond A1 and the pricing explanation for additional markups beyond the line item breakdown was not satisfactory. We recently relocated here and were looking for a new service center for regular maintenance. I have no intention to return to this dealership for service. More
