Service was Above and beyond...even @5:30pm on a Friday Louis was polite and professional. He took care of everything quickly and confidently and made me feel comfortable. Oil Change First I brought in my car for an oil change and to replace front headlight and windshield wipers. Oil change was done but light was still out and wipe First I brought in my car for an oil change and to replace front headlight and windshield wipers. Oil change was done but light was still out and wipers not replaced. I called 2 days later to bring it to Christopher’s attention and he was very apologetic and took ownership of the oversight. He had me come in and took care of wiper blades (replaced headlight myself in the interim) at no cost. The initial experience was less than satisfactory but thankfully Christopher Jimenez was receptive when I called and was able to make me feel better about my first experience at New Century Honda service department.
