Uninstalled car seats. Settings erased. When I picked up the car I had to hustle to get to my sons preschool to pick him up and not till I had him to the car did I realize that they had unin When I picked up the car I had to hustle to get to my sons preschool to pick him up and not till I had him to the car did I realize that they had uninstalled both of my car seats and I had no way to get my son home safely. Later that night I discovered that the lights inside no longer turn on when the doors are opened and I don’t know how to fix it. Then today I found out that ALL of the addresses I had painstakingly entered into navigation have been deleted. More

Horrible customer service At the beginning the sales person was amazing. After I purchased the vehicle Sign the paperwork. The lack of customer service I came on a different day pick my car. My car was not washed or ready to go, I had to wait an extra 40 minutes to take my car. The worst is that salesperson couldn’t find my spare key. So I left without my spare key. The salesperson promise to call me to inform when my key was found would be deliver to my house. I didn’t receive a call from the salesperson. I had to call the person who didn’t return my call 48 hours later. Almost two weeks later my key was found , now I have to drive to dealer to pick up my key. Because now my my spare key no longer be delivered to my house. Horrible customer service didn’t appreciate being lied to. More

It was a surprisingly pleasant experience; That's not usually an adjective I associate with car buying. I was able to get myself in my very first brand new vehicle.
