Bad Customer Service - Parts Department Poor customer service on Parts Department. I just called today 10/6/2014 @11:40 to ask for the price of the parts that i wanted to buy, the gentlemen Poor customer service on Parts Department. I just called today 10/6/2014 @11:40 to ask for the price of the parts that i wanted to buy, the gentlemen who pick up the call was so unprofessional. 1) He never greeted the customer 2) He is UN-polite of speaking to the customer 3) he seems that he doesn't care of the customer needs I think this people in the parts department needs to be train of how to speak to the customer. I do not have experience yet of buying cars from the dealer however, I am a Honda customer. I have purchased all my Hondas to Norm Reeves in Cerritos and they have the excellent customer service.
