Would not provide a loaner as mentioned in the recall letter I received unless I rescheduled and wasted another morning. No mention in the letter from Honda Corp about requesting a car in advance. The dealer set their own policy and expected me to know this before I arrived. No mention of this when I booked the appointment the previous week. Had to BEG for the shuttle to take me 1 mile outside their 5 mile zone and adamantly refused a pick up. All over a ride for issue beyond my control. No understanding or sympathy. Attitude was terrible. Uncaring staff Kept reminding me how they went so far out of their way to make that 1mile exception. Had to pay for my own cab to pick up my car for something that wasn’t my fault or choosing. More

Louis and everyone I met were great and super friendly. My only disappointment was that this dealer only facilitate one way transit service. They only do customers drop off but no pick up after. Max took good care of my car. We decided I’ll need to leave it overnight for the rest of the repairs. One thing that could keep me from coming back to New Century is the lack of getting me back there w leave it overnight for the rest of the repairs.
