Service from Louis was good and helpful. He was patient in working with with needs. He really worked with me to get what I needed done on my car and kindly worked with me on the finance side. The only gripe I had was the car not being washed after the service. My car came back as dirty as when it went in. My previous experiences at other service centers provided complimentary wash which I kind of expected so was disappointed when I didn’t receive it. Otherwise everything was good. Thank you. More

Louis from the service dept was very helpful. It was my first time there and didn't know where to go. He greeted me and explained to me in detail what the recall was for my mini van. He told me it would ta first time there and didn't know where to go. He greeted me and explained to me in detail what the recall was for my mini van. He told me it would take 4 hours and they were finished in 3 hours. Louis called me when the van was ready and explained what the technicians found - luckily everything was ok. I got my car right away. He always had a smile. I had the best experience - I will be back! Only thing I would recommend is washing the car after service. I know most service departments do this now.
