He was courteous, had a great attitude and offered me the lobby services, upon check out he ensured that I was taken care of at the cashier. He also have me a discount since there were no car washing services available, unlike other Honda service places. I do have to submit a complain however about the bad attitude of one of the cashiers. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment to the time time I went up to the desk to pay, her bad attitude and sense of entitlement were off putting. I choose to service my car at your location based on how I am treated as a customer. If I go there again and have a bad experience I will not be inclined to return. Not a happy experience, service dept. gave wrong diagnosis . Service dept. Gave me the wrong diagnosis resulting purchase of unnecessary parts and spending lengthy time of repair for me. After returning for second time the car was misdiagnosed again and after leaving the car at the dealership the next day they found out the problem and it got fixed. I was not offered any apology or any kind of refund or discount towards the parts which I purchased by wrong diagnosis. I am glad the repair is done but overall experience was very disappointing .
